David Deeley is a Chartered Surveyor in the Company’s Commercial Property Agency and Commercial Property Development departments, dealing with site acquisitions for clients and property development opportunities for the Company’s development department. His duties encompass site finding, predominantly for retailers, and the broader development process to include viability, concept and design, planning, funding and deliverability.
David’s career experience comprises employment by Berry Morris, Chartered Surveyors, within its commercial property department where he was involved in commercial property asset management, agency and professional services before joining Adalta Real in January 2010. Since his time with the Company David has performed in a local agency role as well as being involved on a national basis in acquisitions of sites and a consultancy role on behalf of clients.
David assists Kevin Gilmore in the in-house commercial property development aspects of the business on a national basis and assists James Hill in agency and development consultancy, predominantly for retail clients.

Julian King joined the Company in October 2011 and is a Surveyor in the Company’s Commercial Property Agency and Commercial Property Development departments, dealing with site acquisitions for clients and property development opportunities for the Company’s development department. His duties encompass site finding, predominantly for retailers, and the broader property development processes to include viability, concept and design, planning, funding and deliverability.
Julian’s career experience comprises employment by London based South Kensington Estates, where he was involved in commercial and retail agency and asset management, followed by his joining Birmingham based Barteak Developments Ltd, where over a 4 year period he was involved in acquiring sites for development in commercial, residential and healthcare sectors as well as management of the company’s pension fund assets.
