The initial company was co-founded in 1997 as a private limited company by the current Executive Chairman who also floated it on the Ofex market in 2001 and introduced it to the Alternative Investment Market (‘AIM’) in 2002, following which the Company moved to the PLUS-quoted Stock Exchange, upon which the Company's stock symbol is ADAP.
