Joint Ventures provide Adalta Real with access to desirable land and properties, usually off market, or introduce third party investors to assets available to be developed. Each joint venture is a separate entity for the purpose, controlled usually by a Board carrying equal representation from each partner. The entities are able to raise finance on the strength of their combined assets and experience with no support from the partners, thereby potentially lowering the initial equity investments significantly. The enterprise is then normally shared by the partners over a previously specific agreed lifetime for the joint venture.

We intend to enter into various types of joint venture for commercial property development projects with various categories of partners to identify, acquire, construct and complete commercial property developments as a more rapid route to enlargement of the Company’s profitable commercial property development portfolio than might otherwise be the case.
