The Company operates in accordance with the Provisions of the Combined Code on Corporate Governance 2006, save that although the Combined Code recommends that the roles of the Chairman and either the Chief Executive or Managing Director should not be exercised by the same individual, the Board considers that, in view of the fact that the Company is a newly constituted SME Property Company, the combined role of the Executive Chairman does not constitute a breach of the Combined Code.
