29.7.10 Letting of landmark building secured with '99 Pence Stores'
Adalta Real PLC is pleased to announce that it has secured a letting at 31 Bridge St Banbury to '99 Pence Stores' on behalf of clients. The 10,200 square foot retail unit situated within Banbury's prime shopping area had been vacant and available to let for c.30 months before Adalta received instructions at the beginning of this year to source a tenant for the same. Adalta Real's joint agents were Jackson Criss.

Adalta Real PLC have recently been instructed to sell two ex Doctors surgeries on behalf of Assura PLC. Both are located in prominent positions within Banbury's main business district and have very good development potential subject to obtaining the necessary planning consents.
