- fee earning Development and Investment Consultancy in respect of Clients’ investment and development proposals;

- in-house commercial property development and sale of the resultant assets;
- in-house commercial property development and retention of the resultant assets;
- joint venture commercial property development where appropriate, usually followed by sale of the resultant assets;
